We know that some people have never practiced kickboxing before stepping into our gym, so we created a class for them. If you want to try it out with others who are just starting as well or if your schedule is open every day of the week then register now!
Arrive 15 to 20 minutes early for the beginner's orientation. This will give you time to learn about our facility, fitness classes and how it all works! The beginner's class will teach new exercisers how to work out in group classes with others who are just starting their fitness journey as well show them what kind of workouts they can expect when joining this environment!
Kickboxing
Kickboxing training is one of the best cardio exercises available because it's led by qualified and engaged instructors. We use both plyometric moves as well as calisthenic ones in order to create an exciting workout for you that will reduce stress while also burning calories!
Our kickboxing classes are designed to build relationships with other members, forming a strong support system within the MMAdness Kickboxing community. However we know you have your own goals in mind and new personal bests that need reaching- which is why our company offers personalized training sessions for those who want more intense workouts at home or on vacation!

No matter what your previous experience with the sport has been, MMAdness Kickboxing will have you ready and able within only one session!
