  • What exactly is CrossFit?

CrossFit has made more than just an astonishing number of people physically fit. It's also given them the self-confidence and fitness ethic that will last a lifetime! With its definition as "constantly varied" or 'functional' movement performed at high intensity," this program can be done by anyone no matter what level they are starting off with - making it perfect for you if your goal is some new healthy living.

  • What will your first time at the gym be like?

The first time you come in, we want to make sure that your experience here is a comfortable one. You will get a tour of the facilities and meet with one our awesome coaches who are eager for new clients!

  • Is it okay if I do my own thing during class?

The coach is always open to new ideas and will offer advice on how you can improve your training. You're never alone in the gym; there are other experienced Crossfitters ready for any challenge that comes their way!


They are:

  • Class always has priority.
  • You should always do exercises with weight, even while warming up. There are no exceptions to this rule!
  • Have a blast!
  • I am new in town, so it would be great to meet up at the gym before committing myself as a member there.
