Danielle Shaw
Danielle Shaw is a highly experienced accountant who has worked for both private and government clients. She became an associate at her firm in 1986, following four years with the Internal Revenue Service's Exercise Division where she trained specialists. Her practice focuses on the most complex and difficult tax issues, often dealing with high-stakes business transactions. From managing your estate to planning for retirement or protecting loved ones from an unexpected crisis situation.
Martin Johnson
Martin Johnson is a founding member of California - CPA Services who started his career with Price Waterhouse in 1986 and extensive experience at the local CPA firm level before branching off to help form California - CPA Services firm. Martin has experience in the fields that he specializes, including complex income tax matters and corporate/partnership situations to estate planning for both individuals or families.

Jane Nireva
Jane Nireva has been with the company since 2010. She received her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Montevallo University and works as a public accountant. Mrs. Nireva has industry experience in various fields, including auditing for companies that deal with insurance and employee benefit plans as well construction sites to ensure compliance standards are met.
Alex rutherford
Alex Rutherford, CPA - a Senior Partner at the Firm who has over twenty years of accounting experience including 15 in public accountancy and his graduate degree from UAB makes him an expert when it comes to taxes for businesses or individuals. His list of clients includes companies in all industries, including construction and manufacturing. He has even provided assistance with Clearwater Analytics Investment software.
Stephen Harvey
Stephen Harvey is an audit manager in the firm’s practice. He graduated from University of Alabama with both a bachelor's degree and masters' accounting. His experience in public accounting has given him an understanding of the needs and concerns that businesses have. He is well versed at performing audits, compilations and reviews for numerous industries including construction contractors; employee benefit plans wholesale distributors as well not-for profits or service organizations.
