Burn Out by Kaye is a high intensity interval training (HIIT) filled with kickboxing, boxing, rhythmic components and meditative cool down. Designed by Kaye Allans for anyone who wants to feel empowered in their fitness routine come prepared to experience 13 rounds of music-driven workouts!

ZUMBA

Zumba is all about getting fit, ZUMBA guarantees it by combining fast/slow speed changes in addition together traditional resistance training for toning our bodies AND burning fat like never before - plus international flavor from around the globe ensures no two workouts are alike.
