The Initial Consultation
The first visit is about getting to know you, what's going on with your medical history and deciding whether or not we can help. Dr. Springfield will review all of this information so that he may provide a personalized care plan for his patient.
Your second visit will be scheduled at this time. You can expect a thorough physical exam, chiropractic tests and X-rays. Your second visit will be scheduled one hour after the first in order to best accommodate your needs as well!
when you return
When you come in for your appointment, Dr. Springfield will discuss the results of any tests and X-rays with you before providing a report on what was found during this visit to help guide our treatment plans as well as provide insights into how best maintain health overall.
He will now discuss what your personalized care plan looks like, and if you decide to continue with it he’ll provide a first adjustment today. The final decision is always yours!
finances
We want to make sure you understand your options. The first visit is $40 and includes an initial consultation with one our doctors during which they will discuss what treatment would best fit for YOU as well any financial plans that may be available through insurance or self-pay billing services! We also offer 20% off on dates where payment has been made in advance if there's anything this paperwork doesn't cover, just ask us when making appointment requests .
We accept most insurance plans, Medicare and VA health patients. All major credit cards are also accepted. Please speak with our friendly staff if you have any questions.
